I had a great experience with Telisha. I was booked in for a brightening skin peel. Telisha provided a warm welcome, asked questions about my needs and I felt fully informed about the process. I never felt there was any pressure to rebook or pay for further services. As someone who is new to aesthetic treatments, I found the whole experience relaxing and truly felt like a valued customer. I've also received lots of compliments on my skin post-treatment. I will definitely be booking again.

I went with my sister for her ear wax appointment this morning, we were 5 minutes late due to road works and they were very nice and understanding. Her appointment was with Margaret she was very friendly and professional We also had a laugh with her. Would definitely recommend 5* to Margaret 🙂

I was there this morning to have ear wax removed. I was late by 5 minutes due to my complete lack of sense of direction. They were very kind and understood. Margaret took care of me. She was a true professional, explained the procedure and kept me informed as she was performing it. No pain nor discomfort. Also informed me what to do to avoid reoccurring, advice that was never given to me before (I had this procedure before but not at this centre). Would highly recommend
