St Clements Surgery

I see lots of negative reviews here but I’ve personally only ever had good experiences. I’ve always managed to book appointments online and see a doctor quickly.

Nothing bad to say! The doctors have always been thorough and professional

Very impressed with the swift response and very thorough way in which my recent health concerns have been dealt with by GP,s. at the surgery. My family have been registered with the practice for the past ,. 38 years or so and have always had superb and highly professional dealings with all staff. Thank you.

Possibly the worst Drs ever....they leave you no choice but to go to A&E or find a walk in centre in another town. They never ever have an appointment available....avoid...anywhere is better........thank you for your quick response practice manager....however I wish you answered your phone as quickly as you attempted to protect your reputation

After a recent visit to the surgery I received a follow up call as promised. My query was dealt with efficiently and politely and the issue resolved. I’m very happy with the service I received.

This practice is exceptionally well run, and I’m not sure they get the deserved appreciation for that.

St Clements have always been brilliant for our family. Quick appointments when needed and the Doctors, Nurses and rest of the team are very friendly and helpful.

Medical care with St Clements practise is very poor.
From my experience there is lack of management in running the practise. When you are given an appointment, which is very rare- you are kept waiting and when seeing your GP- the appointment is rushed with an attitude of getting you out the door. The quality of care is poor, responses to any communication very poor.
The GP's are simply not accessible. Very rare to get a face to face appointment. Most of the care offered is remote and has been like this for years now. Appointments are never managed on time despite the dates & times being very specific like 08h56...you can wait over 30 minutes or longer ...practise is poorly managed and when you do speak to anyone, they seem to think they are doing you ' a big favour'.
