The most useless practice I have ever seen in
My life they're not working properly at all the Dr are calling you as when ever they are free doesn't matter if your feeling sick or die the response from the resection is like the don't even wana talk or so rude they got no respect what so ever I wonder why they got 3 stars
I hope NHS will review this issue as soon as possible

Awful place - do not use. Worst service ever from start to finish. Incredibly rude Dr, most unhelpful, abrupt and rude. First and last time going there, I’m moving to a different practice asap.

I do not recommend this clinic. Doctors are on average good, some are quite good, some other are not good at all - so you need to try and see which one works for you. however the worst part is the receptionists. Rude and unfriendly, even questioning silly things when calling to book appointments or for prescription. Depending on who will answer the phone, they might say they can’t book you in with a certain doctor. But some other will do. Mystery

I have been at St Albans medical centre my whole life, literally since birth…
Iv watched it descend to where it is now with extremely rude reception staff that feel they have the power to decline someone medical help.. if you cry on the phone they take this as shouting at them, even if your tears are sadness because of pain.. the receptionists love to put the phone down on there patiences……you will not get any care or sympathy for anything you are going through with these guys… please stay clear of this medical centre

Been going here for almost 30 years. My GP is one of the best people I’ve ever met and has always given me an amazing level of care. He saved my life.

I feel so lucky to have had this as my GP practice.

Have been a patient since the 90's. When in good health I was an infrequent caller but now that age is taking its toll I am more in regular contact. Since the covid and booster jabs expertly arranged by the practice, my opinion has changed, not that it was ever bad! I find St Albans first rate, the Doctors are very helpful and dependable. The surgery is well run and well presented...a credit to all the staff involved. Thanks for your on-going care and attention, and that's what I depend on.

Worst surgery in Kingston, I left many years ago which was the best choice! But today I took somebody to their appointment and it was the worst experience. The surgery is run down and seems to of not had any money put in to it for many years, still looks the same as it did when I was a small child! The receptionists are extremely rude! They can’t answer a simple question without giving you attitude… the actual doctors appointment was a waste of time, they done the bare minimum! Overall an awful experience. I’ve never experienced such a poor experience in any other surgery, only this one.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this surgery. In my experience, when you call St Albans surgery, you speak to a receptionist pretty quickly (there is rarely a call queue). They arrange a same day call back and/ or appointment with a doctor for that same day. This is exactly the service you want from a local doctor and I am truly grateful to have access to this.
