I wish I could not give any star
My little brother has been sick, suffering with chest pain and has fainted as well. We booked an appointment three times and we never received a call. When we called back we were told three times, that no appointment was booked for him. That’s ridiculous. The staff are rude and unprofessional and always in rush. They are not safe at all. The doctors never perform physical examination and just type on their computers. I am worried about the well-being of the people that are registered with them. Poor service!

I am not even sure if the doctors even check properly or if they even think about it. My worst experience was last month, when I had a ruptured eardrum, the time takes a lot of time but it is reasonable though, the thing i'm mad about is my first and second appointment. On the first appointment, the doctor was very foolish and told me to hold my nose and blow in my nose, which just made it worse and they also . On the second appointment, the doctor saw a hole and told me. I was relieved to find out it was small. That is why i have given it a 1.

Cannot get a face to face GP appointment ever since my re-registration with this GP practise after returning to the UK on 10th September 2022. Dr Shumaila Butt and Dr Singh were the GPs I used to see.

My being a medical doctor as well, having worked in Hillingdon hospital, they both were very understanding, supportive and helpful.

Everything seems to have changed now and it's far more difficult now to get a face to face appointment with any of the GPs !

I still haven't been able to get my medicines onto their system, including the new ones considering my new diagnoses and MRI images and reports from specialists abroad which still need to be seen by at least 1 proper GP after an in person consultation with me and physically examining me - that seems impossible to achieve !

1) I've missed a doctors call regarding mental health, the doctor called before the time I was told they would and then they didn't attempt to call me again so it just is a terrible situation. I don't feel like I can get the help I need here.

2) I've been made to feel like a child when a nurse talked down to me because I was late 5 minutes. I had also called that I will be late to let them know ahead of time so I was not expecting some sort of attitude or lecture.

3) Average service over all.

4) Some nurses are rude some are lovely.

5) Long waiting times on the phone, the music on the phone is obnoxiously loud and sometimes cuts off and you are just left on the ringer for 30 odd minutes not knowing if the thing even works.

EDIT:

I've managed to speak to the Physician just briefly about mental health while I was coming in for help with something else and I found him to be very helpful and kind. I do see a lot more improvement in the practice lately and I am happy to continue coming into the practice. I've been to different appointments too and I am feeling much more positive about this practice in general because of those appointments going well and me being able to get the help I've needed in a timely manner.

I've never had worse service in my life than trying to use this medical centre. You would quite literally be better off panhandling for change until you get enough to book a private appointment. It will take the same amount of time to be seen here as it will to earn enough change anyway.

I'm thankful to the humble and generous person, the line manager of Hesa medical. He tried his best to accommodate my baby and helped us to see the doctor the same day. As a parent, I would highly recommend such customer service when it comes to your children. Many regards

Very difficult place to locate due to the boards sticked on gates which opens inwards and hides when centre is open, as the clinic is bit inside the lane...very confusing to find even if your standing right next to it, as no boards displayed...this is many people's opinion whom i surveyed,I am sure on weekends most appointments are waisted which is waist of nhs time and money,managers..please display the board to be viewed on the main road.

I would sincerely like to thank HESA Medical Centre and in particular Mr Muhammad Nadeem for his continuous support. He has always been courteous and very helpful whenever I have requested for patient support, especially when my child has been sick during the severe winter months. His service is greatly appreciated.
