All the receptionists and staff have been really kind and helpful, especially in relation to my baby daughter. Really quick to respond and always trying to find a complete resolution. Also, the doctors I have encountered so far have been really great too. Really patient, understanding, and thorough, answering any questions asked of them.

Michelle at Richmond medical group Kew was absolutely fabulous! So kind, patient and understanding. She called my hospital and arranged another appointment for me as I had to cancel my previous one due to covid. We need more people like her in the NHS! Michelle if you’re reading this or if your employer is, thank you, you deserve a bloody promotion!!!

The Quadrant House gp is just amazing, its modern, clean and the staff have always been so helpful and great.

Occasionally reception staff can be a little abrupt, but overall the service here is helpful.

The online site works so well, sometimes more efficient then calling and waiting to be answered to fill out the exact form.

You wont find a better gp for miles, I promise you!

From the day I registered with this surgery I've been overwhelmed by the kindness and unbelievable care I've experienced from all the staff here- I've never known another surgery like it. The Reception team are not only incredibly talented at managing a high-pressure environment, but do so while remaining calm and displaying empathy towards their patients, going out of their way to help and demonstrating the kindness we could all use a bit more of.
At a time when the NHS has been pushed to new extremes, the staff here should be proud of what they've achieved!

My family and I have been registered with North Road - now Richmond Medical Group - for over 20years now. We have always had good service - felt listened to and cared for. The annual flu vaccinations is always efficient. The follow up on test results was my recent issue and they definitely persevered to make sure I did follow them up with a doctor. I firmly believe they deliver a platinum service.

I have for over many years had the most wonderful service from this practice and from the Doctors and nursing staff who have worked here. The move to the excellent facilities in Levett Square as well as combining with the practice in Sheen has been transformational. The reception works really well and appointments appear to be readily available. The practice has coped admirably in a most challenging year. Flu jabs and vaccines have been flowing. Although the practice relocated quite recently, I've been one of their registered patients for more than 20 years. Throughout the years, the support given to my family from the doctors, the office staff and the receptionists has been outstanding. I've always felt listened to, reassured and very well taken care of. My family couldn't be looked after any better and I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommended.
