Holly Road Medical Centre

Tried to book an appointment through referral letter. Receptionist was rude, impatient and unprofessional from the start. Didn't understand what I was asking and then brushed me off just saying they couldn't help. They're a medical practice but act like they're doing me a favour. Terrible service from receptionists don't recommend

I have just moved my family from there to another practice, since Dr Kukulski pass away, this surgery became unprofessional, and their customer service is very poor except Maria, also lacking good management. There is no one to complain to!
Instead of providing a mask for who didn’t have one, I have been turned away by a rude nurse (one of the family member of the surgery manager) which lead to not completing my blood test.
Keep away from them and complain to NHS!

The best health service I know. People working there show compassion and true care. Thank you all for looking after my and my family health for all these years.

Very disappointed from Gb Holly medical centre , very bad customer service and I have bad experience with the doctor Alex , lack of experience , lack of Head management ,no one to complain to .
This GB should be investigated by NHS the way they treat the patients there are many bad reviews from patients about them .
isn’t that (enough )to take action against them .

I come for a massage the guy was great I will give him 5***** but the Indian lady receptionist she shouldn't working there to be honest she is rude I don't know who give her job there the one star us for her

Holly Road Medical Centre, probably at least a GP and/or receptionist, have delivered bad service to me. The bad service relates to an important matter and was a very straightforward referral by Holly Road Medical Centre. Also, Holly Road Medical Centre officially stated that they had offered me a copy of the referral letter, but I am absolutely certain that they did not offer me a copy of the referral letter. And, if I had been offered a copy of the referral letter, I would have known much sooner that Holly Road Medical Centre had delivered bad service to me. Yes, Holly Road Medical Centre have delivered bad service to me and, since December 2022, two times I have given Holly Road Medical Centre one star on this platform.

Contrary to other reviews about reception I don't find them friendly or all that helpful. Of the Dr.'s there I'll only see one. The other two...well one told me not to wash my daughter's hair while she had a cold...old wives' tale from Kenya ya know he said (really!) and the other is extremely overweight...obese and well I have a hard time taking medical advice from someone in that state. Searching for a new surgery.
