Excellent facilities, easy to get to and pretty much immediately available. However, I have seen a GP who spent about 15 minutes with me, wrote a referral for an ultrasound that evening and a week later, I haven't heard from her. The consultant radiologist was brilliant, we went through the whole process slowly and thoroughly, so I wasn't worried about the report. But, as they were pretty quick to ask for the payment the following day, and no report a week later, I called the reception to ask about it. The lady was very quick to tell me that the GP I saw will be in the following morning and when I asked if I could have the report emailed to me to give it to my regular GP, she quickly dismissed me and said they can't do it until I talk to a GP that saw me. I don't think I will be going back there. I will definitely try other private clinics if I need anything done quickly and promptly.

In for an MRI scan. They saw me the same day that I had consultation with the surgeon. I think I am heading for a knee arthroscopy. Very efficient and friendly place.

No results or report after over a week. Worst private service I’ve ever experienced. Want my blood tests and stool results back, one being a cancer blood test result. This is meant to be private? You get results quicker than with the NHS! Disgusting.

Great support from the team today with GP, bloods, and imaging all done in the space of 3hrs - huge step forward- thank you Dr Britten & Dr Irvine & the team

Went here for an mri, lots of parking available I went on a Sunday. Parking is free but u have to park in the spaces allocated to prime - see photos the spaces are clearly labelled the company they are allocated to. Great service from the team that looked after me. I had an mri on my leg & knee & I didn't have to remove my jeans just my jewellery, watch & trainers. Each mri takes 20 mins. They give u head phones to listen to radio station of your choice. I found the mri machine made a bit of noise throughout as expected but not as loud as the nhs mri I had in previous years. I didn't have to wait & was seen straight away. I had 2 x mri's done which took 40 mins & was out & back in car 45 mins after I'd arrived. I was also given a disc copy of my mri afterwards. Great service

Had and MRI of my wrist - have chased and followed up the results for a full 5 business days to no success. Each time I call I’m told ‘I will need to speak to my manager who will call you back’. To date no one has ever returned my call. Only through my constant chasing has someone finally said ‘we’ve now found your test results’. Slightly concerning that MRI results could be ‘lost’. MRIs are not a joke and cost a significant amount of money - irrespective the results, one would expect the results to be available within a few hours (or even a full working day) but not 5 working days . . Disappointing service.

The GP looked up my nose and told me I didn't have a deviated septum. I had an MRI and saw an ENT and could see myself that my septum was on the side of my sinus. I've no idea if I'm being unfair and it's hard to tell looking up a nose but why bother if so!

Additionally my wife went with abdominal pain and no risk factors for it and was told it's probably her gallbladder. Her pain got worse so she went to A and E where they did an ultrasound and found a 5.5 cm cyst in torsion on her ovary.

Same GP for both.
