is the best pediatrician we have seen in London. She listened and responded to all our questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. She helped us to feel safe and confident as the new parents.

I have been coming to this clinic for years, cant go wrong with the Dr and specialist were brillant.
But today I felt abit upset, I made 3 appointment with doctors yes I did cancel due to I couldn't make it for personal reasons, I understand about the doctors fee's deposit 50 pounds, coz I cancelled afew times, thats fine.
How I was spoken on the phone, I was asked questions like
If you was at the hospital why didnt you call then to cancel.....
Its not the deposit am moaning about, its the way I was sopken , just unprofessional with that tone.

Doctor Renata Karaliene from BMC is a wonderful and caring doctor. I had some problems after the operation, and most of the doctors I visited created much stress and panic for me. When we met with Renata, she was very calm and supportive. She explained different scenarios and the reasoning behind them. And we started the treatment. Luckily, we managed to cure the issue with antibiotics. And I believe it was solved because of Renata’s personal approach to me. It was the most comfortable and supportive communication with the doctor I have ever had. Many thanks!

Dr Renata Karaliene is an amazing doctor. She made me feel less stressed during my appointment with her as she has shown great professionalism and was not judgemental. I left feeling reassured that should I need further medical advice I could contact her. The staff was very polite and kind,so overall a very good experience.

Dr Gitana is highly skilled professional. As promised, got my blood test results the next day with a call back from the doctor.

Still on ongoing treatment, but can already tell that this doctor is very experienced and is way better than most of the doctors I’ve met in the UK.

The work of the paediatrician is very good: she is knowledgeable, efficient and goes above and beyond to make sure that children are cared for.
The gynaecologist is average at best and does not complete paperwork. Several requests had to be made for paperwork to be sent on to the GP despite the clinic already having this information. If paying privately, one expects a much higher level of service. You are better of visiting NHS gynaecologist.

Absolutely the best experience. Very professional doctor, helpful staff. Recommend to everyone who needs quick and professional service!
