Extremely rude, cold, unsympathetic, unprofessional reception staff. When talking to your fellow HUMANS have some humanity, if you are not able to talk properly then you should not be in that profession. I have worked with many different types of people either one to one or via telephone and would never dream of talking to someone in the way I was spoken to by the reception staff at Potterells Medical Centre.

Fantastic Dr's and medical staff. Extremely rude reception staff.

Was spoken to extremely rudely on my two visits this past 7 days. When sitting in the waiting room I could hear how rude and unsympathetic the reception staff was when speaking to others on the phone or on arrival.

Courteous service on phone and in reception.
Seen by lovely understanding doctor.
Pleasure to visit every time.
Shame I'll be needing to find new doctors as leaving Herts

i think at best we have to say the surgery is average. The more senior doctors are very good, exceptional. But getting letters, general information or more juniors doctors OR temps are poor. I would complain but I'm sure nobody would listen.

I can't fault this Dr's. The receptionists are always so willing to be helpful to go above and beyond. And the Dr's are so understanding. Very good with the kids and checking them over. Would highly recommend this doctors surgery!

The worse practice that I ever used, not helpful at all! Receptionist was not willing to help with the appointment and GP did not ask for a follow up when was needed.

Receptionist was exceptionally rude, asked to speak to the practice manager and the receptionist was deliberately difficult about it. Missed the call back, tried to return the call, then sat at second in the queue for over 30 mins.

VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE RECEPTIONISTS (her name was June)

I have previously worked as a medical receptionist for multiple years. It is an exceptionally easy job and common human decency is day zero.

Most of the reception team and Doctors are always very helpful, professional and provide a great service. But unfortunately some of the reception staff can be so rude when you call to book an appointment to the point they aren't willing to book one for you. Such a same they let everybody down.
