I've personally never had any issues with this practice. Receptionists have always been lovely and I've had some very supportive and caring doctors and nurses. Waiting times are always long but that's normal for anything these days.

Trying to get a appointment because I'm breathless and can't breath properly and this is going on for around 2 year's from the first time I had COVID so I explained everything to the doctor and he told me that it's a allergy symptoms. Taking tablet's and all other stuff nothing helped today I have called and told them I can't breath I'm breathless and my nose is blocked. They offered me an appointment in 3 week's time.

Went for my covid booster there was no massive queue like last time. Staff were lovely and made time to ask where I got my purple mask from, mainly because it goes well with my purple hair!! 💜 lol was in straight away done and waited in my car for 15mins as requested because I was driving myself. Very impressed.

Whilst the nurses and doctors are great, if you can at all avoid this practice, do so. The receptionists are incredibly invasive and want to know more than they need to before they will decide if you're worth a call back from the nurse or not.

I get that the practice is busy but to filter through all I should need to do is share the general purpose for my need of medical attention, not have a receptionist talk down to me and gatekeep basic medical care until they have decided I am 'worthy'. They are very patronising. I do not see why I need to explain why I need to talk to a contraceptive health nurse.

I've even had them offer unsolicited advice on what I can or can't have prescription wise, after they've spent ages refusing to just book me an appointment with a nurse. It's incredibly disgusting and shaming. I share that I don't want to say more, multiple times when I have called, and they just refuse to book me an appointment as a result. So much for medical privacy.

Maybe the practice wouldn't have such long hold times on the phone if the receptionists weren't trying to pry so deeply into patients medical needs and offering advice they aren't qualified to give.

I will be looking into a way to take my complaints further about the way the receptionists here talk to people and how health care is being withheld by them until patients share far far more than they feel comfortable sharing.

Oh, and they have actual TERF stuff in the toilet. As if health care isn't already difficult enough to get with the receptionists throwing their weight around, they also want marginalised groups to feel even more unwanted and have even less access to the healthcare they require. I presume it's not the nurses I see who put that up in there given the conversations I've had with them, I would hope it's not the doctors either, both these groups provide care for patients regardless of minority status.

The mind boggles at how incompetent this surgery is. My wife has a repeat prescription, she has tried their app, she has tried the nhs app, she has tried coming in person to the pharmacy and putting it through them. Every time we have to follow up. Stood outside right now because my wife has run out several days ago, and despite our best efforts it seems beyond the power of this surgery to simply approve a repeat prescription that was requested for. Don’t even try making an appointment, unless you fancy hitting your head against a wall. I’ve submitted a message to setup an appointment on their system and never heard back. My wife had to lobby her midwife to get her prescription through the system the other month.

I cannot express how amazing this surgery is! I was so reluctant to move surgeries after moving to Gloucester. I have to say it was the best decision I made. I just wish i moved sooner. The nurses are so so friendly, they are always on time for my appointments and of all the treatments ive had. NONE of them have been as traumatic as they have been in past surgeries. Thankyou ladies, you are truly wonderful people.

Appalling, will be leaving them as soon as my next referral is sent off. Dr offered a blood test to deal with symptoms of neurological issues, ended up in hospital a and e and sent for ct scan two weeks later when I started to loose my sight. Just very poor Dr's and organisation around prioritising bookings. I work in NHS myself and would advise if you have serious chronic conditions this is not the best place to be getting ongoing care and particularly continuity of care is particularly bad.

The worst doctors surgery I have ever come across. Lack of empathy, lack of professionalism, lack of everything. Please do not register for this practice.

I have been on hold for over two hours on several occasions. I have taken hand written evidence from external practitioners to the practice myself to then be told they have no received anything. I have got so much fear for my health at the moment and I have not been able to get though to a GP in 5 months. It’s truly atrocious.
