Poor workmanship and non-existent customer service. Not what I would expect from Mercedes Benz. After being charged over £550 to refurb my alloys last September, doing less than 2000 miles since then and not even having any tyres replaced that could have damaged the wheels, my alloys have pitted and peeled in the centre and around the edges and look almost as bad as they did before Boston ‘refurbed’ them. I was not informed that they only provide a 6 month warranty and now they are refusing to put right the poor job that was done in the first place. If this is the quality of Mercedes work then people should be aware that they’re throwing their money away or be prepared to pay hundreds of pounds every few months to keep their pride and joy looking vaguely decent. Really disappointed both in the standard of work and the ‘couldn’t care less’ response from this dealership.

We were looking for an EQC and they had one at the right spec' we were looked after by Lawrence who did a great job and explained everything - we did the deal and Lawrence even sorted a bunch of flowers as it was a purchase for my wife - nice touch. Would recommend then and will look to buy again from them in the future

Purchased a used car from Listers Mercedes Boston and found the whole experience very good.
We dealt with Richard and was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness throughout. We, unfortunately had to delay the collection and payment due to a holiday, which was no issue for him. Didn't feel pressured into taking extras/finance, and the options were all explained.
It was nice to get a follow-up call around a week later just to make sure everything is OK and did we need any help with settings etc.
Overall a good experience, which makes a pleasant change in the world of car dealerships!

Immaculate servise. Changed my add blue tank in matter off 4 days even though was not even able to book me in due to busy times in first place. Not my first visit and definitely not last. Treated with respect all the way through (ME AND THE CAR). Special shout out to Paul for going extra mile and getting me the best courtesy car ever. This is truly the level off service i was not even expecting. (Car wasn't even bought through this dealership) Thank you all Team Boston.

Lawrence, the staff member, answered my inquiries professionally and carefully, because his professionalism made me book the vehicle with confidence and complete the procedures quickly. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend Lawrence and his company as a trustworthy.
