Seriously exceptional customer service!

I'm an international customer from the States who placed an online order, but a few items were damaged in the shop so Stu emailed me with details and then worked seamlessly to remedy the situation. It was a great shopping experience, even from nearly 4,000 miles away!

Great customer service while queueing for RSD2022. Staff attentively asking if desired vinyl was still in stock before getting to the front of the queue. Not overloading the shop floor during browsing. Great selection.

Popped in for the first time on Saturday, and can't believe I missed this on previous visits - too often I find a shop with tons of stock but nothing i actually want, whereas here they was still lots but but was more curated and there were several albums I quickly grabbed - don't be like me, make sure you visit next time you are in town!

Absolutely amazing shop, and the owner is just as good. Amazing selection, great space, and super friendly atmosphere. My favourite record shop I've ever been to!

Stuart / Seismic is the only reason we come to Leamington... brilliant range and he is a genuinely lovely guy. Located upstairs in The Neighbourhood, makes it the perfect choice for lunch too.. No attitude, just a friendly bloke that stocks new releases, genuinely loves music, doesn't charge the earth and doesn't judge you on your taste.

The coolest kids in Leamington shop at Seismic... but the foges like me are just as welcome.

A Fantastic Record Store

The shop in Leamington Spa features a great selection of up to date vinyls and CD’s. Better still Stu, the always helpful owner with a vast knowledge of music, sends our regular mailing updates. And if you’re after something in particular he will do his best to get it for you.

I’ve been to the store and also had items shipped by mail and service has always been first class.

If you’re in Leamington give Seismic Records a visit. Support local record stores!

What a really awesome record shop. I visited Leamington for the day and luckily someone took me to Seismic. It's in a really cool building/location for a start, but once I got in, this place had such a brilliant selection (and vibe) that I ended up buying lots of stuff I'd already wanted for ages - lots of 'wants' boxes ticked in one go and actually reasonably priced for new stock too. The stock must be very carefully picked - not just any old dross crammed into the racks. Had a chat with the guy behind the counter and mentioned a record I was looking for, he went and grabbed that for me as well. I walked in excited and I left a very satisfied customer. Leamington is a nice place as it is, but this place is the reason I'm truly excited about returning :)

Big thanks to Seismic for being a truly excellent record shop. Get out and support these places, they're invaluable! Chat to the guy too (didn't catch his name - sorry), as he knows his stuff and is really happy to help. 10/10!

Edit: I just wanted to add how well organised and laid out this shop is too. The racks are all well organised, boxes underneath the racks are on wheels (and easy to pull out etc) and so on. The way the shop is laid out and designed makes it a real pleasure to browse!

(Sorry for the long review, I thought it was worth it!)

Excellent shop, they have such a wide range of music. The guy who runs it is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth popping in if you're looking for vinyl/cds/tapes. Also has a Discogs store, worth checking out.
