Great store. Friendly, informed staff. I was looking for a guitar case, rather than point, one of the team took me to the products and explained the benefits of different price points which was very helpful. He was right about my guitar fitting too! Recommended.

Went there to look for a guitar. Had an absolutely amazing selection for all prices. Spoke with Rowan the most and he was extremely informative as well as really friendly. Thank you so much!

My daughter needed to move up from a quarter to half size violin and we were keen to buy from an actual shop, rather than order online. I spoke to Rowan this morning and we were in the car with a beautiful sounding, perfectly set up Stentor Graduate violin after school! My daughter had a great time trying out violins in a private practice room in the shop and Rowan was brilliant throughout! Local shops like this need and deserve all the support they can get - you may pay a couple of quid more than Amazon (or its musical equivalent), but you can’t beat this level of friendly, professional service and advice. We’ll be back!

What can I say about Sutton Music Centre, certainly nothing bad, quite the opposite.
What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with this company to buy my new Tanglewood guitar.
Initially I spoke with Rowan over the phone and straight away nothing was too much trouble for him to give me the best advise and customer service.
After a couple of days of deciding on my purchase I rang back and had yet the same customer experience, but this time from another member of the team, Ryan.
Absolutely delighted with my purchase, a really speedy free of charge delivery service, next day in fact, plus a few freebies they threw in I noticed when I opened the box.
I don't usually give reviews, but the given the quality of service I received, I could not resist to write something and say a big thank you.
If anyone's looking to buy a musical instrument, then this is the place to go.

Highly recommend this store, for many things, but the perhaps the top 2 are: (1) knowledge and friendliness of the staff is second to none. (2) the drum lessons are incredible with the teachers (I had the pleasure of having John and Mark) being first class. They are patient and highly encouraging- they have certainly motivated me to go further. If considering purchasing or learning a musical instrument, visit them for advice and guidance. If you’ve already got an instrument, still visit them for advice and guidance! Cannot recommend enough…a true musical gem in South London/Surrey!

A very nice music shop in Sutton. If you love music and instruments, you should come to visit the shop. There is a great range of guitars and many other products. Staff is kind and can give you the best recommendations.
