Saigon Nails

Horrified! First time visiting! New to the area! Daughter booked the appointment earlier in the day as a treat for me and the woman was very rude to her but I didn’t worry and was excited to get my nails done! When I arrived I was greeted rudely by a man who said I hadn’t got an appointment and questioned everyone in a busy salon and nobody would own up to my appointment. The salon was clearly busy and they didn’t want my custom but he did rudely say “sit down” whilst rolling his eyes at me! Naturally I replied don’t worry and hurried out with embarrassment! I am a professional 40yr old and not used to service like this locally! Really sad and unless you are a regular, you clearly aren’t welcomed! I would ignore the review that encouraged me to book, saying “best salon in Lichfield” clearly not written by a new unassuming customer!

This is by far the most superior salon within Lichfield and surrounding areas. I have been coming here over 10 years and the nails are so strong and durable and all of the technicians are so talented. I relocated and travel a substantial distance to continue having my nails done here - I tried a few other places and had some poor experiences, hence why I am happy to travel. Thank you Bob and team 😀

Not impressed as although i have used this salon before ( in which has been marvellous), this time on my visit on the 6th I got silver acrylics and 3 days later one of my nails had already started to fall off and now 6 days later I have already lost a nail.

The nails themselves are great but attitude of the man in the salon was not great. i called up to book an appointment and wasn’t asked for a name and when i got there he started talking to another customer about it laughing while i was still there and found this very disrespectful. all other staff were lovely but for this reason an reluctant to go back.

Just two repairs and a polish, no gel, by Sharon. Perfect. And she was lovely and looked after me. Thank you Sharon! L x

Me and my hubby had gone to Lichfield for a few drinks from Sutton and I chipped one of my nails on the train we saw this nail salon open and popped in they were brilliant and the gentleman in there even blended colour to match my pink and even said its on the house (but we did leave some money on the counter) what an excellent place

Guy was very harsh with my hands, didn’t make conversation with me at all, made me feel very uncomfortable , nails have been on since Friday , it’s now Sunday and all the paint has come off. Not a good experience at all after just moving to Lichfield and trying too support businesses
