Excellent place for a light walk. It's a little pond that you could walk around.. that it is in London is a place to kept as a secret.

Lovely nature area. Good for relaxing and bird watching.
Close to Barnes bridge. Next to the Thames river and the running/cycling path between Barnes and Hammersmith bridges.

Love the stretch of the walkpath ideal for nice walkies with dogs and running route for the athletics

One of our favourite local walks. It is peaceful and beautiful place to revive the soul. In the spring there are so many birds nesting. It is incredible to think that you are in such a large city yet there is such diversity in wildlife.

Nice walk by the river and then go around this lovely quiet hidden place ! But be aware dogs must be on the lead as there are birds nesting all year round !
But just to to go sit on bench and relax is the perfect place to be !

Lovely little loop to walk around. Dogs have to be kept on the lead. It’s mostly shaded so nice and cool in the summer and because it’s raised up, it can also be less wet and muddy than other nearby places.
Lovely view of the pond and also of the Thames in some areas. There’s lots of benches to sit and take in the view/have a sandwich on! lovely ambience noise with lots of birds singing. There’s often swans in the pond. There are loads of really gorgeous huge wide trunk trees too.
There are a few entrance gates from the Thames path and also from the other side on Lonsdale road.
I usually do a loop then walk a little extra along the river.

A lovely place to walk round. Not too busy. Mostly in the shade.
