NO STARS, but unfortunately you cannot post unless you mark a star which even one star is not deserved. Service is absolutely appalling and the staff do not come across as confident or know what they are doing or talking about. Was left holding on the phone for 30 minutes and had to ring back. Still waiting on the call back from Customer Service Manager. 14 years we have been a customer and every time you have to deal with customer service it is appalling. This is the first issue that we needed emergency assistance on which cannot be offered for over a week with no courtesy car, leaving us without a car for over a week! Not enough staff either. This is our last time and we shall be moving away from Nissan and in particular Nissan Guildford on the Slyfield Estate.

If you want sales, up until Tony Jewszel left it was first class, couldn’t tell you now but of course, sales they want your money after sales , clearly don’t care!

My Nissan Juke went through a major service on May 24 2022. I though things had gone well until I drove it home to Somerset. I parked it up happily with the handbrake on as far as it would go, and after locking the car and walking away, i turned to watch it gracefully glide into a recycle bin. Fortunately not another car or a person, but badly damaged.
I called the garage in Guildford, and a nice lady said she would talk to the manager and someone would ring me back. They didn't. I left messages for the service manager, and the garage manager asking somebody to call me back. They didn't.
In the end i got the car repaired myself. Still no word back from the garage. Several other people have driven the car since, and all agreed that the handbrake was useless. I just don't trust it.
The service provided by this garage was just AWFUL. I would give it zero stars if I could. They left me with dangerous car. Just don't use them!!

I went in to enquire about incar satnav map update, staff were friendly enough and helpful but when the staff member located the price I was rather shocked as very very expensive to the point its cheaper to buy a top of the range Tom Tom and Garmin Sat Nav & they come with free life time updates. Even the salesman was extremely surprised to the point he even checked that there was no misprint on the price sheets.

Just tried to book in my car. Gave up after waiting and wading through/ listening to a heap of adverts. Nobody came back to me!
Up to now I’ve enjoyed good service but today was hopeless.

I've been the many Nissan Garages over the years and the service department is awful here. I had a problem with my Nissan Note, paid for a diagnostic and needed a part. I then took it to an independent garage who discovered that all it needed was some wires re-soldering. So not only did they do nothing on the diagnostic and charge for it, but also previous work on the same issue had been badly done where electrical wires were twisted together and not even soldered. It's such a shame as I always drive Nissans, but would make a point of travelling 20 extra miles not to visit this dealership.

Hi .. really unimpressed. Was called for a major service .. I asked if it was free and told yes. I got my sms at the end of service with zero and then got a call to say I did not have a service plan.
I am not sure that I even considered checking after being told it was free - my mistake.
I would not have brought my car - an hour away - to get a service (major) which I also queried on the call.
Really terribly upset about the unexpected cost !!

I had a really bad experience with my mini EV causing great EV anxiety especially in the cold weather when I lost 20% of charge and my driving needs changed. Nissan happily traded it in for a hybrid Qashqai and I feel much happier knowing I have room once again, the latest mod cons, comfort and road security. My 9 year old loves the panoramic roof and I love the heated massage seats and steering wheel! It's been well used in it's first week home with us with trips to London and Brighton, using the eco mode to save on fuel. We had really prompt service from FG Barnes and the sale was turned around in one week. We also had after sales calls to make sure all was working well and to problem solve. My driving experience is now greatly improved and I am enjoying the Nissan and happily offering everyone lifts as I have space to accommodate friends and family. Thank you Sullivan for making the purchase an easy one with minimal stress, Gaynor and family
