Very rude staff and the managers. One of the staff has been very rude to my wife with two small children. I took time off to go to the store and complain to the manager, as soon as I got there the rude guy started to steer at me like he was going to fight me! I brought the matter up with the store manager and she said what you want me to do about it?! I said at least he could apologise but she said we won’t do that and I want you to leave our store! I never seen a horrible customer service like this!

Great place staff are really nice and very helpful. They assist you with your selection of your glasses .and make sure they fit correctly and comfortable.

I've purchased the 'super reader 1m', they are fantastic! I didn't get on very well with varifocal glasses in the past & unfortunately contact lenses haven't been suitable for me either. I didn't have to 'persevere' to get used to them at all, I was able to put them on & get on with my working day without another thought, with no distortions. I can see mid range, close up & 1m into the distance (actually more than 1m). I'm very happy with them. If you've been unsuccessful trialling varifocal I would recommend trying the super reader range.

Twice I have had concerns because they got my prescription wrong and twice I was made to feel like I was picking a fight with the manager. Who gets extremely defensive if you tell her "this doesn't feel right, I don't want to wear your glasses" to the point where the last time I spoke with her I had to say "I'm not looking to get confrontational with you. I'm merely telling you I can't wear these glasses they don't feel right"

She was even rude to my mother, who was there to help me as I have a learning disability and sometimes need help understanding certain questions.

I know they have qualified opticians in their store. That doesn't mean they get everything right. To the point I am still combating this and my left eye is not feeling sore and achy from trying to adjust to the glasses They prescribed.

I am looking to try another optician to see if their examination matches that of Corby Specsavers. I am also looking to claim my money back and have them take me off their register
