I'd like to make a formal apology to the member of staff I spoke to at Specsavers Rugeley this morning. I am deeply sorry for interrupting your working day by phoning to ask for help regarding my sons faulty glasses (the glue in both arms has come away so he is left with what I can only describe as a double monocle.) My response to your abrupt question of "So what do you want to do?" was rushed when I asked for help and then in panic, I asked for the prescription, on reflection I am happy to wait 8 hours for it to be printed out so I can collect it at 5pm today. As a secondary school teacher I completely understand how busy you are so I'll spend this time teaching my son (pardon the pun) to walk with his head tilted back 45 degrees so he can see until you have time to help us. Had to have eye test here as I broke my glasses but a member of staff kindly fixed them and luckily after the eye test I didn't need any new glasses

My glasses broke the other day and they were so good 👍 😪 😔 😢 sorted me out straight away

Took 96 year old to visit audiologist. Service was quick and sympathetic. The visit resulted in NHS supplied heating aid.
The audiologist was very efficient and professional.

Glasses are fine and all round service from all members of staff was excellent.
