I was down south to go to a gig at Wembley Arena and unfortunately I forgot my contacts at home up North. Although Specsavers could not supply them as they didn't have the same make as mine, they went out of their way to try and help me out, considering I was not even one of there customers. So thank you to the 2 ladies that helped out and pointed me in the right direction. I finally got my contacts and watched a brilliant gig without the stress of my specs getting in the way.

The new machine they use to check your vision is rubbish. They over prescribed me by over 30% and made me extremely dizzy when taking off! I recommend use a local optician with older methods of eye testing

wembley high road specsavers generally have staff who are not knowlegeable, they never answer phone . do not call you back when agreed to. do not share info amongst themselves so you end up repeating the same info to every single person you speak with. the young kids they have at the front need to be trained properly in customer service skills . other than that its ok !

Really Good Staff, Very accommodating, however you need to book your appointment in advance. Quite good deals for Frames and glasses.

Went today to fix my partners glasses, and was very happy with the service Fatima gave, she went the extra mile to send the glasses to a lab because the fixing was becoming awkward. I appreciate this branch and the staff are impeccable and assertive so thank you.

Unhelpful staff that wouldn't help me out when I was left blinded without lenses or glasses, even though I'm a specsavers customer in another location. Eas really disappointed, in the end an online retailer helped me out.
