Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Hounslow

Excellent customer service from Etna. Went in looking for replacement frames for my prescription sunglasses having tried 2 opticians before. She was able to find some frames in which the lenses fit and within minutes, I had a pair of prescription sunglasses again. Thank you Etna 👍

Paid £25 for an eye test but the optician Taj (stay clear of this man) refused to give my pupillary distance unless i bought my glasses from there... In fact he was so rude to the point where he told the other assistant do not give the pupillary distance unless I buy my glasses from there... Speaks volumes about how this opticians is run... They care more about their sales rather than having a duty of care for you.

Very happy with the ophthalmologist at the Hounslow branch. The ophthalmologist explained everything that was wrong with my eyes in plain English. Thank you to all the staff for their help and support they were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I’ll be back for my next appointment.

Was there this morning. Emergency my glasses broken. I had a appointment for the 5 pm and because my glasses broken got change for early morning with no problem. Done all the test. The lady who attended me was very good. Sorry I didnt catch her name. I always need to wait for my glasses. Got bad eyes. It's a place I will return for sure. Always been attended very good. thank you very much

I had a great experience when buying frames from Specsavers. Amarjeet (I hope I spelt your name correctly) was amazing ! She was super helpful when it came to ordering the frames. She knew we were planing to travel and she immediately ordered them so they arrived just in time. Thank you for being so considerate :)

I was getting headaches and was suggested to visit optician. Booked an appointment at specsaver and after the test they suggested glasses for both the eyes and specs delivery in 10-15days. Since headache was still there I made another appointment at vision express where they suggested that I do not need glasses.
