Excellent service, very good and helpful staff, highly recommend!!!

I called to ask if they had the facilities to check a 4 year old child’s eyes. I was reassured that they could do this. I took my 4 year old along and my child was given a laminated sheet with letters on and asked my child to look at the letters on the wall - the optician pointed to one and asked my son to match it with the one on the sheet. My child became uncomfortable with this and I suggested he had had enough. The test continued. The rest of the check up was ok but I was expecting pictures rather than letters. I took my child for a second opinion just to be sure and the test he had was far more detailed and they used pictures instead of letters. My child was so much more comfortable and relaxed.

Just had my first eye exam in a long time and the service with the exam and help picking a pair of glasses was excellent. I would definitely recommend.
