Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Arnold

Normally go to the city branch but was in Arnold and popped in to see if I could purchase some prescription sunglasses. Staff were able to find my prescription and I walked out twenty mins later having selected and been fitted for some new sunglasses. Great staff who were very approachable.

Switched from the city centre store few years ago to Arnold; so glad I made the choice.

Excellent experience here today having my ears vacuumed. Jessica took great care of me and made the whole thing really comfortable and not at all unpleasant. Jessica did a brilliant job and my hearing is fully restored. Thank you so much. Best wishes 😊

I visited the Arnold store yesterday and had a very warm welcome from Nicky, unfortunately I had trodden on my glasses and broken them so Nicky took the lenses (which were intact) to Julie in the lab who managed to transfer the lenses into some frames for me! Excellent customer service and staff are professional and efficient. Thank you! One happy customer.

Mel was a great help when the plastic on the arm of one of my spectacles broke off. The model is no longer available but she asked the lab to try and match it with the nearest they had. A day later I had them back repaired and good as new. Many thanks Mel for a great service

Could not say anything wrong the staff were very good they know what they are. Doing they are very polite and well trained in what they are doing can not say anything more brilliant

Very helpful, only went in to make an appointment, sorted my new glasses straight away . Didn't need a test though
