Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Epping

The staff are exceptional. So helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make the experience a good one. They take time to listen and their advice is considered and correct. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care. (NB My dog doesn't need glasses, she just comes along for the pats!)

Exemplary service at the Epping branch yesterday. Thorough to a fault, friendly, no upsell and extremely helpful. It felt like a bespoke designer store experience as opposed to a chain - well done 👍

After many years of using Specsavers, I am very dismayed with the latest service we received. We have been messed about so much with my son's prescription. I have just returned from an appointment where we were meant to be picking up my son's glasses, only to be told there has been some miscommunication and they have not been ordered. Yet another wasted trip. I will be using another opticians in future.

Went here for an eye test, one can book online. Very thorough and good choice of specs. Polite and professional service.

Staff very friendly and very professional. My old glasses were broken, beyond repair, so they fast tracked my order, had my new ones after a week instead of usual waiting time of two weeks.

When you talk about optician, you always think of the ones your family used. To be honest this is what I had done for many years. But after relocating near Epping, it was time to find an optician, sitting there in Epping High Street is Specsavers. My prescription is very high, so had my doubts. The eye test was professionally done, then I chose my frames. My glasses were ordered. I'm a contact lens wearer as well. Got my glasses ten days later, what a fantastic job they have done. I'm so pleased, happy with what Specsavers have done. They really know what they are doing and how to do it. Anyone needing glasses, please try Specsavers in Epping first, also since having my new glasses, I've stopped wearing my contact lenses.... Brilliant..... Thank you..... Gerry

I would definitely recommend going to the specsavers at Epping. Had an excellent experience there 2day . Staff very friendly & welcoming. First class service as soon as you go to the desk. & they are thorough with cleaning up after every customer. Will definitely be using this store again.

Awful customer service. My daughter recently broke her glasses and when I phoned for help with this I was told there are no appointments. Very rude and unhelpful and were not willing to help me. Will never go back to them.
