Went in to collect hearing aids. After they were adjusted to suit my hearing, very pleased with the results. 10/10 for the service provided by polite and knowledgeable staff.

I was very pleased to be shown pairs of frames with flexible ends, so that I could mould them to my unique head shape and size. Everyone was very helpful and my lenses have been first class from day one. Great to have some quality shades that I can also see and read with on bright sunny days.

Just like to Thank the team at Specsavers Colne . I lost my glasses while on holiday in Zante , we emailed them asking if it was
possible to order replacements for when we got back .. They answered very quickly and organised a replacement pair that were ready to
collect 7 days later and because it was inside 6 months since I bought them, I got them for half price . Excellent service Start to Finish.

A huge thank you to Karen (I hope I've remembered that correctly) the optician who kindly saw me at very last minute today for a problem I am having with one of my eyes. I was feeling very frustrated at the current telephone culture that has become the norm since the start of COVID with an inflamed eye that was getting progressively worse and was accommodated here quickly for an in person examination. Thank you so much!

What a rewarding experience. After a very pleasant receptionist took my initial tests I was seen by the optician. This was a most welcome experience, not least because she removed eyelashes that had got into my eye, irritating it for over a week. She then proceeded to give a thorough eye test, explaining all steps carefully as we went along. She is a credit to her profession and to Specsavers Colne.

After a disappointing experience with a local competitor resulting in a cancelled order I decided to go back to Specsavers and place an order following an eye test and OCT scan with them. What a completely different experience! Every person I spoke to instilled confidence and the optometrist went through everything in meticulous detail with me; showing me my scans, my eye health and making sure that my prescription was 110% right for me. I've never purchased a pair of "named" glasses before, but after giving me their patience whilst I browsed, the staff ended up supplying me with two pairs including upgrades to my lenses! One company's loss is another's gain; very happy with my purchases and looking forward to being able to see again. No buyers remorse this time.
