Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Ashby de la Zouch

I have been a customer of Vision Express for many year's and have always been satisfied with their care given to my eye's. I recently had a Cataract removed and on my post opp eye test I had the best treatment. My concerns were explained in full, thankyou for your continued care.

Care and attention was to the highest quality. The staff were all amazing and helpful, and also all had great personalities.
The optician was lovely and talked me through a few things. All were knowledgeable with everything eye care.

Very pleased with service provided. Delivered in time frame given and good updates given on progress. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to selecting my second pair of specs! Value for money too.

Very good access for disabled, easy to book appointments, wheelchair friendly test rooms. Very thougher examinations with up to date technology. Good selection of glasses, all staff are welcoming, polite and helpful.

I was very pleased with with my appointment at Vision Express. They were all very caring and polite with the treatment I was given and very helpful.

The eye test was spot on very pleased, but as for choosing my glasses,was another story! The assistant was pleasant enough but she went on and on and on! Being a senior citizen, much to technical for me to understand, the whole experience took just under 2 hours!! I went home with a migraine.

My eye test was so easy, caring, and very informative. A very pleasurable experience. The colleague helped me choose my glasses and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
