Diabolical service from start to finish.
I ordered contact lenses prior to a long work trip, three weeks later they had not arrived. When contacting the store constantly put on hold and disconnected with very little staff experience being able to deal with the issue. Constantly calling for a refund to miraculously be told that the lenses had arrived a few moments earlier. A once loyal customer will no longer return. Avoid avoid avoid

The staff were okay to start with but over time appeared to be less helpful. When I lost my glasses they were unbelievably in helpful - which is why I transferred to The Chichester branch. The supervisor there gave me her attention and managed to fast track another pair of glasses to me within days. I will now only be dealing with Chichester.

Supervisor clearly requires training, had limited knowledge of frames sizes and lens prescriptions, I required safety glasses and I had to explain that the glasses that she had choosen to show me would not be suitable for varifocals as shape of lens would not accommodate the varifocals. Supervisor Had to speak with Manager to clarify on a number of issues. Eye site test and scan would clearly deserve more stars, but unfortunately staff let it down.

Referred to a company by specsavers for cataract operation. A complete shambles due to Optegra inefficiency. Vision now worse in one eye. Acquainted specsavers who, would you believe, had no record of my annual eye test carried out in July 2022 & have no interest in assisting any further. Absolutely appalling customer care. NHS informed.

Had an eye test today, Daniel who carried out the test was brilliant and gave me lots of information about my vision and put my mind at ease so THANK YOU. Courtney then assisted me with my glasses choice and payment, she was BRILLIANT, very kind and helpful. Can't and won't fault today's experience! Thank you everyone.

Good and cheap for eye examination (£25). The Frames and glasses are expensive . I do the eye examination here but order glasses online much cheaper than the shop. If you do not bother to use the internet for shopping glasses then this is a good place for you. Be prepared to pay £350-£400 for good Varifocal glasses.

I have just been here for an eye test and to choose a pair of glasses. Having never had glasses before it was all new to me but all the staff here were so friendly and helpful the whole process was as easy as could be. Special thanks to Jake who was really helpful (and patient!) when helping me choose the right glasses. I would thoroughly recommend their services 10/10
