John High Opticians & Audiologists Sittingbourne

I have been coming to John High for 20 years now and always receive excellent service. The staff are very friendly and professional, the eye tests are thorough and they always make sure I get the right glasses that suit me. I would highly recommend. Also a special mention to Jan and Dave who are always very helpful.

I popped in to this opticians by chance just to get my glasses adjusted. What a lovely reception I was met with.
I was not kept waiting and a nice gentleman named Dave sorted out my glasses for me. I was so impressed by the service I ended up ordering a new pair of specs which I am wearing.
John High will now become my local opticians because of their personal service saving me a trip to Dartford for the same fantastic service.

I have had blocked ears for about 2wks. I have been referred to Sittingbourne hospital & got fed up waiting, I contacted John High, as per a friend of mine, and was surprised to have an appointment the next day. I walked in this morning for my appointment and was met with 3 really nice guys the guy who did my ears was really gentle and made me feel at ease. So thank you very much 😊

Excellent service. Such a breath of fresh air to be dealing with professionals. I used to be a customer at another optitions but left due to bad service. And John high is cheaper than the other optitions. Highly recommended.
