Excellent service as always, I’ve had thinner lenses in my new glasses thought they would take a while to get used to as they are verifocals but they have been absolutely fine from day one,

Due to one member of staff, after I collect the kids glasses, I'll be going elsewhere for the kids. Arguing with me, sighing very loudly more than once, rushing us to make a decision, not listening, upsetting my middle child with special needs etc. Very rude. I have anxiety and didn't enjoy my time in the store when we got downstairs to pick out frames. Can't fault the members of staff upstairs. But that foreign brown haired lady who worked at the back of the shop between two computers downstairs is clearly in the wrong job and needs training before being let out on to the shop floor where she kept getting up and leaving us more times than was necessary, made me very uncomfortable and felt like we were unwanted as she was always clock watching and sighing and rolling her eyes and being really abrupt. The tone used was not necessary. I wasn't being rude so there was no need for it. Gone massively downhill since last in store.

A very pleasant experience with both eye test and selecting new specs. A couple of refits necessary for comfort, but, once again very efficient and welcoming team in Nuneaton.

The last couple of times that I have called whoever has been on the phone is rude and doesn’t want to help in the slightest. I explained to her that I needed some contact lenses she asked where I get them from I told her online by another contact lense supplier. She then didn’t give me the chance to explain I have an active prescription for my contact lenses and that I must come in for a contact lense trial despite the fact I’ve had multiple contact lense check ups before if she was actually bothered to ask for my details to look on the system she would of seen this. I’ve been using specsavers for years but recently it’s just getting ridiculous now every time I have phoned the woman has always been abrupt. I’d rather go elsewhere. I’m sick of having to call and deal with rudeness. I was also told last time in order to be told my prescription I have to pay?

Let down again. Bought new hearing aids early December 2022. Specsavers booked the date for a follow up call 22/12/22. Still waiting. Called in store this afternoon, they apologised for not calling, As having issues with the hearing aids need an appointment. Due to SPECSAVERS not making the promised call I now have to wait till 26/1/2023 for an appointment.

I have been with specsavers ear and eye for a lot of years and not always good but on this ocasion I had an audiologist who knew his stuff, his name was Andy and he was brilliant.

I've been using this particular. Specsavers for a few years now. It's relatively smaller than the others but still has the great service and lots of frame options to choose from. They are still cleaning glasses between try ons, which is good, and they are really patient with the children. I would recommend it to anyone local. I actually changed over from Boots when the range kept getting smaller, but the cost was increasing. Definitely a wider range and they have alot more offers on than boots or vision express.

This was a return to Specsavers after about ten years. I'm really impressed. Both the prescriber and the dispenser gave a good impression of knowing what they were doing. The prescription is spot-on and the prices were lower than expected. In short: brilliant!
