Actually experience of the appointment, staff and service superb but unfortunately the lens tint was too pale for sunglasses so asked for a refund, I could of had them darker tint but my prescription would of meant they were super thick and I didn’t want to pay extra to have them thinner.

Very friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable. Only downside is (and it is minor) I would like to see more variety of glasses, they are very similar in colour and style. Customer service was excellent 👌

Had new NHS Signia hearing aids fitted 12/10/2022. excellent service from start to finish!. Very happy with new outlet ,much bigger and better layout. Derek Mitchell.

Arrived with two children (under 10) for an eye test. Staff are great, however when the children needed the toilet I was told that no facilities for customers are here. This is a brand new site, with more than enough room to include a toilet for customers. I am at a loss for words why this wasn't part of the initial plan. Thankfully, a staff member asked a manager for permission to use the staff facilities.

Very pleasant and professional staff.Thorough eye examination. My only complaint is that I wasn't seen for over half an hour past my scheduled appointment time and no apology or explanation was offered.

Amazing service, replaced my daughter’s glasses frames in less than 10minutes they were like the F1 pit crew of opticians. Shame the paperwork took another 5 but still infinitely faster than I was expecting and we made it to her swimming lessons in time.

Loving the new open layout space, But it needs a central round island display or reception area to break up the "empty" feeling in the centre of the floor area.
