All staff very pleasant and helpful. Georgia was the optician I saw, very friendly and explained everything well from start to finish. Will continue to come here.

Went in as lens had come out and Gemma quickly resolved which was very helpul of her. Thank you for your quick help!

During my visit to Ormskirk store this week, I overheard a store assistant on the phone to a customer. The customer must have been upset or frustrated as the store assistant was very politely and calmly saying that she could not continue the call if he didn’t stop shouting at her. She spent a considerable amount of time trying to help. It sounded like postal services had failed to deliver hearing aid batteries and the customer must have been struggling. After the call ended I heard the store assistant tell her colleague that she felt sorry for him struggling without them. She said she would drive to his home address to personally deliver some more batteries. I thought this was a very kind gesture and another example of kind, friendly snd professional staff.

Oh honestly just don't bother ! They got my prescription wrong twice then due to return for a third time which would mean me being without my glasses again for 10 days I have scrapped the whole thing and put it down to a bad experience.....waste of a lot of money on glasses that are no good . And when I cancelled the appointment and told them why the answer I got was OK thank you , totally not bothered ! I actually laughed putting the phone down 😂😂

A Happy New Year to Specsavers Ormskirk. I stood on my glasses and they broke. Took them into the shop just before Xmas. Was given a warm and friendly welcome by the staff and one of the ladies said she could repair them for me. I thought I would need a new pair but the lady assured me she could fix them and I could pick them up the same day. Went to collect them and they were like new glasses. Thank you so much.

Very good experience. I rate Specsavers but have never been to this one before. It exceeded the standard of my local branch!
No waiting time, friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained. Permission was asked for basic things, which I appreciate (could I ask you to take your glasses off, etc)

What I really liked was the optician who did the eye health tests took me upstairs and introduced me to the optician who did the sight tests. Then another lady came to collect me from that room and brought me down to the shop floor to discuss new frames and pricing. I felt these handovers were good customer service.

I was told about current deals and it was suggested I could get more product for less price, so I obviously did.

I might not bother with my local branch next time!
