Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Chorley

I am very happy with my new glasses all three pairs. The service was great from start to finish and would highly recommend Specsavers

Made appointment for mum over a week ago. Arrived today for eye & hearing appointment. They knew nothing of either an took a while to find records, mixing her up with other name an addresses. Finally they told us we need doca
referral for hearing an eye test at 3 pm. We made our excuses an left. They seem more interested in getting ratings an customers money. .
The data protection issue with mixed up records is worrying! Avoid!

After a visit I felt the need to complain re the customer service, I was quite “taken aback” as it wasn’t the usual service I normally am used to. The next day I received a call from Simon, very understanding and apologetic on behalf of the team, we agreed I’d visit the store the following day, to which I did.
Simon sorted my issues out 100%, we chatted and he made me feel at ease, listened to me, understood, and totally instilled my confidence in Chorley branch that I will carry on attending for any future eye tests etc.

The eye test seemed to be rushed and I don't think there is any improvement on my old glasses.
As I have a high prescription I have to be careful about my choice of frames. I don't think the frame they recommended is right as the edge of the lens protrudes beyond the frame.

I had my eyes tested and new glasses fitted within a week. Staff were all friendly, pleasant and professional. Thank you.

Replaced my current reading glasses since it broke and cannot be fix. The guy who help me gave me some idea on how to choose design that suits my budget and similar to the one that broke. Explained which design that can accommodate the type of lens. Helpful and pleasant . Thank you

The service was good ish and my spectacles are excellent but there is an air of unfriendliness. Also I was asked my ethnicity and when I hesitated the woman I was speaking to suggested I was white British ??? Bit rude I thought. I was just taken aback a little because I had been registered with them before. No big deal but I've been treated better.

Very professional and extremely helpful with any health issues concerning eyes. Highly recommended
