Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Hayes

Too many customers, too cramped, too busy, never seen on time even though you are expected to be on time, receive numerous reninders: a text message, 2 emails, a phone call, but never on time everytime we attend here in the last 10 yrs. Have complained so many times, but nothing changes above the apologies.

On a positive note: staff are polite & helpful.

Booked an eye test online came in and followed the process all of which was good, customer service was very good staff were helpful although this is a very busy store. The only thing i was disappointed about the lack of variety of glasses for men, not a lot of choice I had to pick something that was ok. I noticed the womens range was larger.

I left the store in tears and without my prescription that I paid for. Rudest and worst customer service I have recieved in my life.

Ther were patronizing and treated my like I was a child. Absolutely disgusting experience.

My wife balwinder kaur got problem in her eyes 3 nov.22 and after checkup doctors suggest for operation of retina and on 5th Nov.22 the operation was done

I am a regular customer of this branch. I always come here to check my eyes health. I went today to fix my glasses which I bought in February 2022, that time was buy 1 get 1 free offer. 1 pair of glasses I never used because it sits on my cheeks. I explained today to Maizy my problem that if I can change the frame and glasses. She had a word with her Manager Raj and they helped me out with new frame and glasses on 50% discount. Thank you very much Raj and Maizy! Happy New Year!
