Excellent service. The ‘Bold’ frames I wanted had to be tracked down via the manufacturer and the manager went above and beyond to give me an excellent purchasing experience. Friendly, helpful, honest opinions and felt listened to. It was a big purchase for me but the price here compared very well (were better) than with my previous opticians for the same type of lenses. Would definitely recommend for level of customer service

I had a appointment with the audiologist today for ear wax removal, as it turned out there was no ear wax to remove! He done a full audiological test on my hearing and referred me back to my own GP. No charge for this excellent service. Customer service superb. Many thanks

The shop is very clean, but the attitude of the staff is not good.
Abrupt, and i felt very uncaring.
The display of glasses is expensive, and very little for OAP's to choose from.
