Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Mansfield

Good service from Mansfield Specsavers, two for one frames and lenses great deal. Eye test and other appointments all on time, very little waiting. All the staff where excellent, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Good service, friendly staff both of us done on time for pre checks and actual eye test. Good chat with optician "not rushed" so happy people. Glasses arrived on date promised but we got waylaid and missed appointment but phoning next day new appointment was set and kept to, glasses fine so happy wife.

I will not go here again as the last time I went here with a voucher from my employer they said they would tack it at the end of my test. They didn't. So never again for me.

Quick service, decent price and usually special offers/ discounts to be had. Staff are friendly and helpful

Very comfy glasses and loving the new frame, great friendly service too and only waited for 2 or 3 minutes

They could not solve a issue I had with my new glasses kept saying there wasn’t a problem and I’d have to get used to them in the end they gave me my money back.

Staff were great with my 2 young boys

The service was fast efficient and professional they were not pushy in the selling of the frames, they a excellent range of prices from very cheap to designer I was also offered a further pair at half price.
