Really good experience with very friendly and professional staff. I was very glad to be able to get the surgery performed locally in Cardiff too, rather than having to travel further. I'd have provided a 5 star report but I found the volume of eye drops provided weren't quite enough and necessitated repeated trips to the branch to get more, but otherwise brilliant.

Had my surgery on 10th Feb, all the staff were delightful and supportive. They talked me through everything, and at the end of the day they gave me 20/20 vision. I wasn't anxious at all because Luca has done over 46,000 procedures, and everything was explained in detail to me. The laser technicians were professional and comforting. Everything was done expertly and swiftly.

Honestly one of the best things I've done, not even 24 hours after having the surgery I had perfect vision, my eyes before was quite bad and I've wore glasses all my life, my post op appointment the next day I had 20/20 vision, all the staff are very helpful and able to answer any questions you have
