Totally Incompetent, sent an appointment for my daughter, we told them that we are now with another orthodontist, sent another appointment, which I had to pay £3.50 for as they hadn't paid enough postage! Now I'm trying to contact th to cancel the appointment and try and get my £2.50 back, it's either going straight to AP or someone's picking up and hanging up without answering......poor poor service

I was in my mid fifties when I had my first consultation with Dr Samer. I had spent my life until then being always conscious of my crooked teeth and rarely smiling. Samer was confident he could significantly improve the straightness of my teeth and after around two years the result was amazing. It has had such an impact on me I'd describe it as life changing.
