Mountain Warehouse Taunton

Lots of choice in this shop and good prices. A lot of stuff on sale but I gather that's normal. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent exchange/refund policy. The manager ordered some exchange clothing for free delivery which I'd ordered online but was too small and they didn't have in stock in the shop. The quality of the garments and materials seems very good but the shirts I exchanged were a bit of a small fit compared to clothing I've bought elsewhere so perhaps worth trying on before you buy. I'll definitely shop there again.

Used to be a lot better. The quality of their shoes have gone down over the years, I accept the prices are low but some pairs have lasted just a few months, soles seem to wear very quickly. Staff members very helpful though and the range is quite wide.

Went there to return some on line purchases but ended up browsing for quite awhile. The staff were helpful and friendly. I spent more than I should have but I really like the quality for the price of their clothes and equipment.

Got some good deals for wife on their discount rail. Disappointed that size 8 walking female sandals were not available. Good shop packed solid with products.

Very average experience. Visited to get a lightweight ladies jacket. Only 2 staff on duty one appeared to being trained by the checkout. Lots of clutter and boxes by the items we wanted to view. Asked for help and was handed a jacket and told there were others over there, pointing to further down the shop. We left without any further interaction with the staff.with service like lthis iis it any wonder people shopeonn the staff.

I'd been looking for a small reusable water bottle to carry around on me when I don't have my rucksack – popped in here and quickly saw a 500ml, aluminium flask with a black rubber exterior and a clip. Absolutely perfect and only £5.49.

Good place to try if you need some warm or waterproof clothing.
They seem to have a lot of offers available in-store .. so have a good rummage.
