Nice friendly helpful staff. Love innovative products (in terms of the materials and technology). You do pay a premium for their R&D but it's worth it.

Came in here with my gf to buy her a waterproof coat. The manager told us about the amazing offer where you get 15% off if you bring in old outdoor clothing. Gave us the discount there and then and told us to bring in the clothing at a later date. Polite, friendly and helpful. If you want decent long-lasting gear, then visit this quaint little outdoorsy shop.

I am extremely pleased with my shopping experience.

The member of staff who assisted me was highly knowledgeable and answered my questions intelligently. She was extremely kind and friendly. She really listened to me when I stated that I wanted a pair of shorts that were a few sizes too big - as I really need something that is loose fitting.

The shop is extremely clean and well-presented.

The prices are bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the product is excellent.
