Best selection of equipment and workwear anywhere. Managed to spend a load of money on a pair of Buckler safety boots and Buckboots safety wellies this morning, both which I had looking into ordering online from elsewhere, but so pleased I was able to find them at Ernest Doe for less money, and in a proper shop with great staff.

What really very nice people ordered a lawn mower on line received a phone call to update on timescales and another to say it was ready just picked it up it was put together, tested, even put into the boot of the car for me all with a smile ( behind a covid mask!)

I have lived in this area for over 40 years and never had the need to shop at Ernest Doe but having now done so I will consider it first for specialist garden and diy equipment and materials. I was so impressed. I needed replacement campinggaz bottle and enquired by email. Their customer service was excellent online and in store. I very quickly received a reply to let me know the particular size bottle was available and was dealt with courteously and in a very friendly manner in store. The range of products was amazing: combined harvester to sturdy gardening gloves.

I got to say that Gary who served me,was I diamond of a bloke nothing was to much and I had to order a lot of stuff and he never rushed me.Let me explain I have have a 19 hour brain operation and I has two massive stokes. It's has left me disabled and they had to remove my voice, so I have been trying to start talking again,not at one time did I feel rushed and he gave me time and patience so thank you Gary.I got my stihl simmer working the best it's worked science it was new. So I would highly recommend the parts department, there is nothing I can say bad.So if you have problem give them a bell you won't regret it ,I will also go there for parts and they sell most this clothing boots oil,you name it so thanks again a very happy customer
