I was so shocked to encounter such a rude shop assistant; an obnoxious and unhelpful young man at the till.

I have years of shopping experience and I have never come across anything like this. I will definitely not shop there again ever. Very poor indeed.

Brilliant friendly staff , visited today and made purchases based on quality of goods and fair price, bought the Mrs a super water proof jacket that repels up to 10 litres a minute for a fraction of the price that the competition round the corner previously reviewed .

Got to say, the chaps in this store are brilliant. Couldn't do enough for us when buying ski gear. Incredibly helpful and knowledge. Endless patience too.

Incredibly helpful staff, with so much knowledge about their products. Was helped by Mircea and Griff, they gave me so many helpful advices about my ski trip, and they made me and my whole family feel amazing, while they were also serving so many other customers, no wonder everyone was rushing to their store. Absolutely brilliant, we will definitely come back ! I would love to hear that they get the praise they deserve!
