Very helpful and polite staff, had to make an exchange for a faulty product which was purchased in Cumbria, the item was reserved in advance following a quick phone call. Very well laid out and easy to negotiate, shame there isn't more stores local to me.

Some decent buys in here good selection of stuff.

Visited the shop yesterday as I needed good walking boots to replace my old battered pair. A very friendly shop assistant welcomed me and straight away directed me to the pair I was looking for. The exact same brand and style I bought years ago, just a different (lovely purple) colour.
If I need anything else, I will definitely come back to Millets. Helpful and friendly staff.

We visited the Rugby store this evening to buy some bits for my daughters forthcoming Bushcraft school residential trip.

We have never been camping so were completely naive and needed help - which we got from Lucy and Tom.

Lucy was incredibly patient and helped us choose various items, comparing pros and cons and getting other things she thought may be useful.

When we were stuck and I resorted to google Tom saw and approached and he was also then very patient and helped explain the benefits of each piece, advising on the best item and value for money.

They were both very helpful and not pushy at all - they made a potentially stressful experience a great one.

Even when I realised I didn’t have my wallet they said they’d hold onto the items until I pop back tomorrow - amazing service and we will definitely use this branch again for chairs and outdoor bits.
