Trespass

Obviously the products are 100% good quality and in all honesty I love shopping here because I love trespass products.

However there is one very rude member of staff that works here. I don’t know his name but once I took in a jacket that did not fit well. I wanted a refund or return. Somehow the security tag was still on it when I walked in and asked for a refund.

So this member of staff asked me for a receipt and what I thought was the correct one wan not. I accidentally picked the wrong receipt up. When I showed him the receipt he said ‘I can’t refund it and won’t even if you bring the receipt.’ I asked why he said because ‘how do I not know you just took it out the shop and stole it’

This upset me but I just carried on.

Brilliant Helpful Staff. Girlfriend finally found the store with the size XS in coat she wanted. They reserved it for her and we picked it up next day 👍

Superb service today from 'V' and her young assistant.Very helpful and excellent value in their Sale. Changing rooms no chair and limited facilities to hang anything but good value so not really a problem.

First time I've been in after several disappointing trips to Sports Direct. I got excellent advice and service and a pair of boots that were not only cheaper but also do what they say. Thank you, I will be returning. 😊
