I went in on a Saturday a while back to get a handy pack away water proof and was served by two lovely young lads downstairs. Real good laugh and we’re very helpful. Good salesmen

Picked up a lot of clothing,gloves and a hat for £50 in the sales,
No sunglasses that were less than £40 which seemed a bit excessive.

Nice friendly shop

Very nice clothing for all conditions

Before posting my review I saw other reviews about customers being ignored and that aspect didn’t change at all. Looks like the shop is seriously short staffed as only two staff members were working in the middle of the day and it’s a bigger 2 floors store. I walked through all sections on both floors browsing though things I was after and have been totally ignored by blonde lady downstairs and gentleman on the top floor sorting backpacks. Both tied to the tills. Store looked messy, some accessories were left on the floor on my way. In general, looks like staff needs more customer service training, store needs more hands to work and probably a new manager that cares or a company senior management that appreciates staff efforts as most likely it doesn’t by the view of situation here. Shame as it’s a nice looking store from outside and it’s in a beautiful town.

I was looking for some trainers. The girl saw me walk to where they were. I was the only customer and was ignored. I can only assume they don't want custom as when I asked if they had my size I was told if I can't see them, no.
Then she was bought a coffee and continued to ignore me
So I left!
