Extremely helpful staff and very courteous. I have no idea what to do to paint my new loft conversion. The staff explained everything I need to do and gave me lots of useful advice on my project which build up my confidence. He also advised me which product will suit best for my project. Thank you

We love Brewers. Just love them. Everyone is so helpful and patient and nice, and they’ve helped us out enormously with supplies for our recent work, even when the baby was marauding around throwing samplers on the floor. 100% recommend, every day.

Absolutely brilliant. We have bought everything to redecorate from here. The help and advice is second to none, the materials are all trade quality and we have had such great help from the whole team - their patience in dealing with people who know nothing is admirable! If you go on a Saturday it's really quiet too due to trades going in the week. Do not go anywhere else for DIY purchases.

Appalling service. Rude, ignorant, monosyllabic staff, never polite, never helpful. Some prices are okay but generally they are high. Will never be going there again after today's miserable experience.

Great customer service! I was visiting my mum in London, and promised to paint her place. I was intimidated considering I was in foreign land, an American in England. The representative put my mind at ease. He guided me in picking the best paint options. Wish I remember his name to include in the review, but I am appreciative nonetheless.

I just walked 30 minutes to to get there before closing. There at 16.50 supposed to close at 17.00 but they close early so they can clean. No sign outside. nothing on the website. They guys there are usually helpful and COVID is terrible for everyone but at least inform and share if your changing opening hours. Also I was told someone would call when ordered stock was in - no call, wrote an email - no response. There is a bit of a theme...
