Sussex Party Shop

What a brilliant shop! We ordered the balloons for my husband's party here. The staff were so helpful, the delivery arrived exactly on time and the balloons themselves were lovely. I can recommend the "air walkers" for children's parties or for grown up parties where you want to entertain some children. Our grandchildren just loved the dinosaur, lion, panda and horse balloons. They kept them happy for hours.

Great shop. I was really stuck with the task of decorating for my daughters birthday. They helped me by recommending what’s in ‘fashion’ with teenage girls.... rose gold! Reasonably priced and lasted ages, my daughter was very impressed. Cheers

Can't say enough good things about Sussex Party Shop! I am from the US, and one my clients needed to have birthday balloons delivered to a friend in the UK, and I only had been given a 2-day notice to accomplish this task! I reached out to them on Facebook, and they were VERY quick to respond - despite the time difference - and immediately agreed to help get balloons DELIVERED. Delivered during a worldwide pandemic, nonetheless - we are truly grateful for them even more! We gave them a general idea and they created a bouquet of balloons for under 40 pounds (including delivery!) that perfectly fit what we were looking for. Thank you! Also very pleasant and friendly on the telephone!

Can't thank Sussex party shop enough. I needed to get a helium balloon for my 7-year old daughter's birthday. By the time I finish work and got to the shop they just finished for the day but the lady was very accommodating and saved the day. Excellent customer thank so much🎈

My shop was reopening on Easter Saturday and I'd left it quite late to organise professional decorations for the front - I went in to the Party Shop the Monday before and saw a very friendly and helpful lady who said there was absolutely no problem at, they could definitely help. I'd been turned down by a couple of other companies as Easter Saturday was fully booked, so I was delighted with their 'can do' approach. They helped me select the right balloon decorations, which were the perfect finishing touch for our 'Grand Reopening', and delivered them exactly on time on opening day. Thank you so much!

Helped me out of a pickle after I was let down by an online party shop. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I phoned them, explained the situation and they had all my balloons ready for me to pick up an hour later. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Great place amazing staff can do almost anything

These guys recently decorated my wedding reception. In the first instance, booking and organising was a breeze, not only did they cater to our needs with ease, they advised what worked best for our venue and actually saved us money!! Then smashed it out of the park by creating an even better display than we had in visioned in what space they had.... We had so many compliments on how well the area was decorated! So impressed. Thank you so very much, each detail made our special day the day it was and efforts made wont be forgotten 😊 xx
