Best service ever, the guy working in there (dark hair and beard) gave me to sample all of their best perfumes. I returned one day after with the scent strip to the shop the perfume was so strong that even next days evening when I came back to buy it was easy to identify what scent it was from scent strip. I purchased 100ml bottle Khalemat and the same guy gave me hughe discount! So I am super pleased. Great perfumes and wonderful people there. Definitely recommend to check out!

I got really stunned by this place, i was looking for a nice a permanent fragrance wich doesn’t go away fast.
Thanks god i got served by Ms Aurora, a very well prepared young lady, wich explained me in a very professional way some of their products.
She totally understood what I needed, and I ended up buying the Oud Musk, wich is a very intense and elegant fragrance.
If you have the chance to go when she’s there, definitely ask for her and she will definitely understands your needs.

My wife bought a bottle of Velvet Touch a couple of weeks ago.

Obviously, she tried it out in the store first and she liked it, so she bought a bottle.

Last week, my wife used the perfume for the first time when we went out and the scent barely lasted an hour. She tried some more but applied it a little more liberally and again, the scent was gone in no time at all.

Today, we had to go to London so we went back to the store with the intention of obtaining a refund; when you pay £60 for a bottle of perfume, you expect it to last a little longer than 1.5 hours.

The assistant in the store on said that only the manager could issue a refund and that the next time they would be in is on Sunday… could we come back then?

We’re out all day on Sunday anyway, but we pointed out that making a trip back to London again just for that is an unreasonable request, but the assistant insisted that was the only option before having a think and then suggesting we go to one of the other two London stores.

We asked if she knew whether or not a manager was available at one of the other stores. Obviously, she didn’t and she said that the only way to find out was for us to visit in person.

We persuaded her to ring another store (Stratford) on our behalf to see if a manger was available and she reluctantly agreed.

There was a manager at the Stratford store but they told her that they wouldn’t give a refund on perfume because my wife tried it before buying it… and that was that.

On the bright side, at least we didn’t waste time coming back when the manager was available but on the downside, we’re stuck with a £50 bottle of scented water.

The products are obviously of an equally low standard as the level of customer service.

Purchased quite expensive perfume and after two hours had gone.
Wanted to swap for something different or a refund but it’s impossible, they don’t want to help or at least try to resolve the issue.

Went with family for window shopping as had recently bought two expensive dolce and gabana perfumes from harrodds a month ago but these two fragrances in Arabian Oud were so amazing that I couldn't resist buying

The first one was tarteel gold.i loved the smell, you will like it specially if you are a fan of saffron
It's a famous perfume from Arabian Oud and believe me it's only worth spending
I would definitely recommend it
We were lucky as I managed to get it on sale , original price is 245 £ approx. saved me 80£ only on that due to sale

The second one is a new arrival called Al-fareed .that's more of a floral, unisex but quite suitable for men as well
Bought it on original price ,
If you want yo treat your self with a nice smell, exquisite packaging then definitely buy it, costs around 240£ though

Honestly both are amazing but if I had to choose one of these two, I would choose Tarteel Gold

If you have any questions please write in review and I will reply
Thanks
