Attended the shop today knew exactly what I was after, walked into the store to find the store assistant on the phone to someone moaning she was fuming that she had to come in on her day off, while having a store full of people 4 including myself, was quite rude and to the point and did not email my receipt to me as she stated the store no longer print them still haven’t received the email will not be using this store again.

I popped in today around closing time with a very rough idea of what I was after. The store assistant Matt, knew his fragrances and sold the products really well and he took time to answer my questions. He even directed me to a better offer of my chosen scent in the gift sets. He then wrapped and presented my gift with real care and in a professional manner. Great service. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service from the young lady there, very patient and knowledgeable about the products, took time to help me make a decision on an expensive product, very happy with purchase and more than happy with level of service, great shop with extensive choice.

Go and talk to Hannah!!! Ive never met anyone who knows so much about the make up of perfume ever !!! She is astounding and a delightful person to boot ! we left with the most fabulous after shave can't recommend enough
