Dont be fooled, although this company has a registered address in London we believe they are based in Thailand. We ordered a Grey Lions Mane for a dog on 14/12. We were informed it was in stock and would be with us within 7-21 days. I placed the order because the item was in stock and surely if it was coming from London N12 to London W9 it would get to us within the 7 days!! We finally received the piece of tatt 02/01/2018, it had been posted from Bangkok 10543 Thailand. There are no ears and it resembles nothing like a Lions Mane, more like a fury flat cowl.

I placed an order in January for a lifting sling for my elderly, ill dog. When order hadn't arrived by 21 days, I contacted them and they said they would dispatch a replacement. It is now fifteen days since replacement was supposed to have been sent and still no goods. When I contacted them today they just replied giving me a tracking number with no mention of delivery agency that it belonged to. It looks like something very fishy is going on here.

I made an order last month and afterwards I stumbled across the reviews and became a little worried that my order may not arrive at all. But I needn't have worried as its all here!! My items arrived well packaged and within the 21 day period they advertise, they are of good quality and sizing is accurate (make sure you measure your fur baby before ordering!) I always wash clothing I order and they washed well, no colour loss or shrinkage and so I have placed another order today! Thank you!

Do not buy off this store!!! Save yourself the hassle!! Paid good money and my stuff never arrived. Will have to claim back through my bank. Chinese Scammers acting under a UK address. Surely there is a way to report this website. Reading the reviews and the majority are in the same boat.

Awful Company, the worst customer service, no items delivered, website gives London address and the goods come from China, if I dont get my refund I will pay them a visit. Do Not Buy! They are Scammers!!

This seemed promising but I had to wait for nearly a month before my order arrived. The company shows as a London address but the items come from China. There is a serious lack of quality with the items and I would encourage anyone reading this to try another retailer.

Terrible experience, do not use! Their customer service is nonexistent. No telephone numbers to call them on, they never respond to emails and the items all shipped separately from China, not from their own business address. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Would give 0 Stars if possible … DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- they are a scam the tracking details they send are false. Goods not arrived after payment taken.
