Bought my little Crested gecko Dini (after Houdini) from these guys (the lady that showed/sold me him knows why lol) just under 2 weeks ago he was more white/sandy when i bought him but goes this color more often then the original, really helpful staff, she seemed to know what was what especially compared to some other places we went to, if you see this an remember me (big guy beard, we had a runner :P) have your dairy cow isopods become available yet?

Fantastic service from the fella working here as a volunteer. Really helpful spent loads of time with us and took the time to show my daughters how big the gecko would get and how everything works etc. Highly recommend.

I love this shop and travel further to get here, than my local reptile stores. I have purchased two beautiful and tame corn snakes from here, at different times and I have to say prices are the same, if not cheaper than I google else where. The shop always has loads of stock but I find chatting to the staff, Josh in particular is extremely helpful, means they will order things in for me. Reviews aren't my normal thing but this shop deserves 10/5 stars!!

PS This shop has far more stock, and is far cleaner, than my local shops in Newport!!

After visiting Dragon reptiles I went away in awe with the selection of acrylic enclosures on offer, this was a few months ago, when I returned recently the selection had withered dramatically- showing that they were very popular. For enclosures and decor for said enclosures I highly reccomend you, and for your selection of live food.

I was somewhat disappointed in regards to the prices of certain inverts; whilst I understand the need to make a profit and not just break even on the products that you buy from your suppliers, you should at least be able to pass a decent saving on to your customers... you may be able to do this with reptiles etc but I haven't noticed a great saving with inverts- compared to other places here in Wales or online stores.

Overall, I would visit your store again in the future and possibly buy inverts if I couldn't source them elsewhere first.

Just hoping that my review doesn't receive any sarcasm as you have given to other reviewers. I have been nothing but polite and truthful. I hope you can reciprocate the politeness and lack of sarcasm if you should wish to reply.

I did not in any way 'slag' your business off, and as for you using what could be misconstrued by some as derogatory and defamatory remarks (you people), I will most definitely not be returning to your store. My review was honest and fair, if you don't want people's opinions then make a request to Google to have the review section of your website altered to either not have any reviews or to be blocked from having new reviews added.

I am sorry to hear that the staff member has a funeral to pay for, my sincere deepest condolences to her.

Businesses have negative and positive reviews all the time, but I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever encountered such rudeness. Yes, these are in fact difficult times for everyone, we are all going through tough times. I am in no way a coward, nor do I post 'cowardly nonsense'.

Also; referring to 'what you think in your head' yet another thing that can be misconstrued by some as an attack on those with mental health, this is not the first reply you have given someone referring to what is in their head. SHAME ON YOU SIMON!

Finally, "trying to run a business into the ground"- wow, if one 3 star review is going ro run your business into the ground then my apologies. If anything is going to run your business into the ground it will be your nonchalant attitude. My review clearly stated that I recommended people to go to your store, but after this I highly doubt people will want to visit and deal with a highly strung individual such as yourself.

I would come down and see you personally but then that's just giving you the attention that you so desperately seem to crave, not to mention a waste of my time and resources.

I truly hope that whoever gives you a review less than 5* in the future gets a far better reply than what you have given me and others. Also, mentioning another reviewer in your reply to me, that has absolutely no baring in my review.

Called into Dragon Reptiles to check out their tarantulas and I have to say that not only was the selection really poor but the prices were ridiculous. An example being that a c.minax (Thai Black) was priced at £96 when I have purchased an AF for £40 not too recently. Also their feeder selection for reptiles and inverts was really poor too.

In response to your reply. What planet are you living on? How is £96 an amazing price when it is over double the price I paid for an AF (Adult Female if you didn't know) where yours are being sold unsexed. Granted I may have come down when your stock of feeders were low so I'll give you that one. My review was nothing but honest and your reply shows you too be nothing but a rude and childish individual.

If you can't handle criticism maybe you shouldn't be running a shop. You Sir are clearly a keyboard warrior. I would suggest to anyone who reads this to go to another store. I would recommend a few but this keyboard warrior will probably accuse me of a fake review to drum up business for them. Don't waste your money here.

Called into Dragon Reptiles about 10 days ago and it was an extremely pleasant visit. everything was clean, tidy and well stocked also the prices compared to others seemed reasonable.
Best of all was the staff, all were very knowledgeable, helpfull and had time to talk and give helpfull advice even though they were quite busy with people buying food etc (for pets).
Learned a lot and will definitely be going back there.

We always shop here for any animal products we need, and only ever get our reptiles from here. The knowledge from all the staff members is outstanding. We have never ever had an issue with this store, they are very welcoming, polite and will help answer any question or concern we have, the bugs we get for our bearded dragon are all fresh and alive (unlike other stores) I will never shop in a different store when it comes to my reptiles. I honestly feel the care and diligence within ALL staff is amazing. All the animals are immaculately clean, bowls always full, the animals are always full of energy healthy looking. As I've come in multiple times somebody is always there cleaning shelves ect..

Again outstanding work boys and girls! I will always recommend this store to family and friends

Best place I been , staff was very helpful, gave me a brilliant deal on a set up for my dragons , would 100% recommend this place before any other , amazing value and amazing quality
