If you have need of emergency medicine this is not the place to use, absolutely no idea of how to, I needed insulin and needles ordered yesterday, went today got insulin NO needles when I pointed out that I needed the needles, can't take insulin without them he shrugged his shoulders, THAT IS NOT THE WAY I EXPECT A PHARMACY TO BEHAVE, will not recommend them to anyone.
Still working at location and had need more information, information that ANY pharmacist should know, but told to come back at 4pm and they MIGHT know the answer!!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHEMIST/PHARMACY THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO INTERACT WITH

It was the bank holiday today, and the pharmacy chemist was extremely rude and refused to give an emergency prescription even though my gp was closed. Furthermore, she wasn't willing to give any advice on how to get those drugs although they are our nominated pharmacy for several years. Afterwards, I got advice from a different staff member and was told to contact 111 and the medication was supplied from a different pharmacy.

The absolute worst experience trying to get a repeat prescription on a low battery (charger stopped charging fully) On the call the pharmacist started reciting some script about change in policy. I interrupted and asked can I get THIS prescription he said yes. I asked him to take details, he refused unless I listened. BTW This is medication I need to LIVE. I said can I put in my prescription talk afterwards He REFUSED to take my prescruption details. Actually saying NO to me, even after I said I need it to live. I have a weak immune system and in this pandemic of COVID-19 was forced to leave my home for something he wasn't allowing over the phone. Once I get there he said he already put in the prescription, but he had put in the old one as there was a recent change. So not ONLY was he unprofessional his actions also put my health further at risk. Inexcusable. Totally disappointing. He refused to give his name, his colleague did nothing when it was evident there was an issue either not checking prescription or sharing the details I asked for. Instead she attempted to shield him from my attempt to capture his image with the last of my battery. Dispicable. Unprofessional. Dangerous.Much to his discgrace I have recordings of the phone call. LLOYDS PHARMACY upgrade your staffs customer service. Refusing a patient their prescription =Unacceptable!
Ordering a dangerous amount of medication because he thinks he knows best = Deadly!

Worst pharmacy ever. No staff at the counter when I needed something. There was one staff member literally hiding around the back store room, playing with her phone. I called her over and she very very slowly made a display of arrogant reluctance, ambling over to me as slowly as possible. She remained silent. Such a surly, rude and entitled individual individual. No acknowledgment, no "hello" or "how can I help you". Appalling, rude and arrogant behaviour. Extremely unhelpful person. Complaint has been made to the head office. I don't put up with nonsense.

Paid for my shopping and remembered I needed strepsils and soothers for my son. Left my daughter with the trolley whilst I ran back to the pharmacy. Staff member sat on a chair at the tills wouldn't serve me as the strepsils and soothers were from sainsburys and not the pharmacy bit. She said I couldn't pay there as it wasn't a pharmacy item. Absolute rubbish as I've paid for paracetamol etc at the pharmacy till before. Really don't think she wanted to get up from her chair. She is, without doubt, the rudest member of staff at that pharmacy.

Located inside the Sainsbury's in Slough, this pharmacy is a handy place to pick up prescriptions as well as over the counter medications.

It also has private consultation room.

Seems like the staff are young and inexperienced. They always seem to Have a backlog of prescriptions people are waiting for. They have however improved over the last 6months. They used to be terrible, now they are just about ok.

Worst pharmacy in slough by far, always late on prescriptions and non compliant on telephone. Always blaming the surgery for there mistakes. Would not recommend to someone who needs a prescription.
